i first learned about lolita fashion when i was given internet access in elementary school. i found the fashion through watching j-fashion videos that were recommended to me on youtube. however, i wouldn't truly fall in love with lolita until middle school. i spent a lot of time admiring & learning about lolita during that time. I didn't buy any pieces until years later, because i didn't have the funds to. however, i'm glad that i had to be patient because i was able to figure out my taste in lolita, which prevented me from making any regrettable purchases.
